Ashley is a licensed massage therapist and a graduate of East West College. She enjoys helping clients recover from injuries and feel more at ease in their bodies. Ashley’s work blends deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, scraping (gua sha), and gentle neuromuscular techniques such as contract-relax to support mobility, relief, and overall well-being. Ashley values working in a collaborative wellness setting and tailoring each session to what the client needs most.
